The Windows Update was released to the world on May 21, 2019. Buildīuilds marked with an * went out to only a subset of Windows Insiders in the Slow ring, which means not everyone in the Slow ring will see the update. The Windows Update was released to the world starting on May 27, 2020. Windows 10 October 2020 Update (20H2) Build *Only available to commercial customers in the Release Preview Channel as described here in this blog post.
